Welcome to Bon Sejour Guesthouse in Okakarara. We look forward to hosting you! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review our guesthouse policies below.

1. General Information

  • Check-in Time: From 1:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in is subject to availability and late check-out may incur additional fees.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations can be made online through our booking form or directly via phone/email.

  • A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation.

  • The balance must be paid on or before check-in.

  • We accept cash and EFT payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 7 days or more before arrival: Full refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Occupancy & Guests

  • Standard Room: Maximum 2 guests

  • Deluxe Double Room: Maximum 2 guests

  • Family Unit: Maximum 4 guests

  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Visitors must be approved by management.

5. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children are welcome.

  • Family Unit is recommended for families.

  • Extra beds/mattresses may be arranged upon request and subject to availability at an additional fee.

6. House Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

  • Pets are not allowed (unless approved in advance).

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of items caused during their stay.

7. Services & Amenities

  • Free WiFi is available throughout the guesthouse.

  • Secure parking is provided for all guests.

  • Daily housekeeping is included.

  • Breakfast is available on request.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Bon Sejour Guesthouse is not liable for:

    • Loss or theft of personal belongings

    • Accidents or injuries on the premises (unless caused by negligence)

    • Service interruptions (WiFi, utilities) beyond our control

Guests are advised to keep valuables securely stored.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Guest information provided during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.

  • We will not share your personal details with third parties without consent.

10. Acceptance of Terms
